Tours & booking

Are tickets, taxes and fees included in the price?
Yes. The price you see online is all-inclusive — there are no additional costs on top of it. Your entrance tickets are included with a reserved, timed entry.
Do you help us beat the queues?
Yes. All our tours include a reserved, timed entrance so you skip the general ticket line. Note that at high-security sites such as the Vatican and the Colosseum there can still be a short security check on the way in.
How large are the groups?
Our small-group tours are intentionally intimate — group sizes are kept small on purpose, and the maximum for each experience is shown on its page (our semi-private Colosseum tours, for example, cap at just 7 travelers). A private tour is just your party with your own dedicated guide, available for most experiences.
What is the difference between a private and a small-group tour?
A private tour consists of your party and your own private guide. A small-group tour joins you with other travelers, in a group that varies between 8 and 12 people depending on the tour.
How far in advance should I book?
Our most popular tours — the Colosseum Underground and Arena, and Vatican mornings — sell out days ahead in high season, so the earlier the better. Last-minute spots are sometimes available; message us on WhatsApp to check.
Are your prices per person?
Yes, unless a tour is listed as private. Private experiences are priced per group; the exact price is always shown before you pay.
How do I book and pay?
You can book directly on this website in a few clicks, with secure online payment and instant confirmation. Full payment is taken upon confirmation. Booking with us means booking with the agency that runs the tour, at the best available price.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are set per experience: many of our tours offer free cancellation up to 7 days before the start time, others up to 24 hours, and a few have different terms. The policy that applies to your tour is the one shown on its page, at checkout and in your booking confirmation — see also our Terms & Conditions.

On the day

Where do we meet?
The meeting point differs from tour to tour. Upon booking you’ll receive a confirmation voucher with the exact meeting point. If you can’t find it, call the number on your voucher and our team will guide you in.
What time should I arrive?
Arrival time depends on the experience: most tours ask you to arrive 15 minutes before the start time, while some — like our Colosseum tours, where security checks take longer — ask for up to 30 minutes. Your booking confirmation shows the exact time for your tour.
What if I’m running late?
Call the number on your voucher as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to help you join, but timed entrances mean the group may need to start on schedule — so please plan to arrive early.
What languages are the tours in?
Tours run in English by default — our guides are fluent, and some are native speakers. Italian and Spanish are available on request; just ask us before booking.
Is there a dress code?
For the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica, both men and women must cover their shoulders and knees. The same applies to any church on your itinerary. For all tours we recommend comfortable shoes and water in summer.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine — much of the Vatican and the Colosseum is sheltered. In case of exceptional weather or closures beyond our control, we’ll always be in touch to reschedule or refund.
Are the tours suitable for children and families?
Absolutely. Our small groups and storytelling style work beautifully for families. Tell us the ages of your children and we’ll help you pick the tour that fits best.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — just show your confirmation on your phone at the meeting point. Your guide will have your booking.

Headsets & agencies

Do you provide audio-guide headsets for groups?
Yes. We rent and sell professional whisper headset systems — light, easy to use, with around 40 hours of battery and crystal-clear sound. Both short and long-term rental are available. See our Audio Guide Solutions.
Can travel agencies and tour operators work with you?
Yes. We supply headset systems, transport and on-the-ground support to agencies and operators across Rome. Request a quote and tell us what your group needs.
Can I request a custom or tailor-made tour?
Of course. We build private and custom itineraries for individuals and groups all the time. Get in touch and tell us what you have in mind.
