Quick start — getting your group on air
Switch on the transmitter and receivers, make sure everyone is on the same channel, and do a quick sound check before leaving the meeting point. The channel-lock function then protects the setting for the whole tour — no accidental switching mid-visit.
Battery — how long does a charge last?
The devices run on alkaline batteries with a capacity of around 40 hours — much longer than a normal tour day. Receivers also switch off automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity to save power. For multi-day rentals we can include stationary chargers and spare batteries.
Reading the display
The LCD screen shows the device status during operation: channel, power and battery level. If a guest reports low volume or silence, a glance at the display tells you whether it’s the channel, the battery or the earphone.
Emergency kit — what’s inside and when to use it
Every rental ships with an emergency kit: spare receivers and accessories so a single faulty unit never interrupts your tour. Swap the unit, keep going, and let us know at pick-up — or call us any time during the tour if you need help.
Pick-up, setup and return
You collect the equipment from us in Rome — transport bags included — and we help you set it up before your first tour. At the end of the rental you return everything the same way. For B2B long-term rentals, we can arrange a consultation and a demonstration of the system directly at your office.
Care & handling between tours
Devices are sanitized and checked before every rental. Between your own tours, store them in the transport bags provided, keep leashes untangled, and use the suitcases and chargers for overnight storage on multi-day rentals.
