Questions about the digital experiences
Do I need an internet connection?
Only to download it. Our staff help you do that at the meeting point, and from that moment the guide plays without a network connection — underground, inside the monuments, and anywhere the signal drops. It also keeps playing with the screen off, so the phone can stay in your pocket.
Is admission to the monuments included?
No. A digital audio guide is the narration, not the ticket. You are expected to already hold a valid admission for the date you choose. If you would rather have the ticket and the entrance handled for you, our guided tours include timed entrances.
Which languages can I listen in?
English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. You pick the language when you open the guide, and you can change it afterwards — the narration runs between 75 and 90 minutes depending on which one you choose.
How many phones can use one booking?
Any number. The code opens the guide on every phone in your booking, so a family or a small group does not need one purchase each. Bring your own earphones: headphones are not provided.
How long do I keep it?
Seven days from your chosen date. People use it again on the way home, or to hear the stops they walked past — it is a guide you keep, not a rental you hand back.
I booked but I cannot find my code
It is in the confirmation email you received after booking, next to your booking reference. If you cannot find it, message us on WhatsApp — we reply fast.
