🚆 An easy escape from Rome
Meet your guide in central Rome and ride your e-bike to Termini Station. A short train ride takes you straight to Frascati, the best-known town of the Castelli Romani hills, with no traffic and no stress.

🏛️ Noble villas and ancient hilltops
Cycle through Frascati’s historic centre and past Villa Aldobrandini, the most striking of the Tusculan Villas. Then let the e-bike do the hard work as you climb to Tusculum Archaeological Park, where Roman ruins meet some of the best views over Rome and the countryside.

🍷 Lunch in a traditional fraschetta
Time for the highlight. Sit down in a fraschetta, the rustic taverns where Frascati locals have gathered for generations to eat and drink their wine. On the table: porchetta, a platter of local cured meats, fresh mozzarella and country bread, paired with Frascati wine from the surrounding hills.

🚲 Relaxed return
After lunch, pedal back to Frascati station and take the train back to Rome, where you return your e-bike.

Maximum Group Size: The limit is set at 8 guests per guide to guarantee a personalized experience. We can show flexibility (1–2 extra guests) to avoid separating family/group bookings; the tour may still depart with fewer than 6 people.
Route: This tour winds through the heart of the villages and along picturesque wooded trails.
Itinerary Variations: In the event of celebrations, official events, or public demonstrations, the operator reserves the right to substitute one or more itinerary highlights to ensure the safety of the group.
Riding Experience: An intermediate level of cycling experience is mandatory.

Test and Denial: A short assessment test will be carried out before departure. The guide has the absolute right to deny participation (without refund) to any guest deemed unsuitable due to insufficient riding skills or precarious physical/mental conditions.
Age to Participate: Participants must be between 16 and 79 years old.
The lunch includes pork and dairy products. Please let us know about vegetarian or other dietary requirements at booking.
Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes.
Not suitable for pregnant women or people who cannot ride a bicycle.
